法人口座開設の規定・説明書面等
法人口座開設にあたって、次の事項をご確認・ご承諾のうえ、お申込みください。
当社では、お取引についての説明書面等の交付を電子的に行います。
1.電子交付等の種類
書面の電子交付等とは、閲覧ファイル(当社の使用に係る電子計算機に備えられたファイルであって、同時に複数のお客様の閲覧に供するため記載事項を記録させるファイルをいいます)に記録された記載事項を電気通信回線を通じてお客様の閲覧に供する方法により行います。
2.電子交付等の方式
電子交付等を受けるためには、Adobe Reader等のPDFファイル閲覧用ソフト、および推奨するバージョン以上のウェブブラウザとOSを必要とします。

- 法令の変更、監督官庁の指示、もしくはその他の必要な事態が発生した時に、すでに書面の電子交付等に代えて、すでに電子交付等を受けた書面も含めて、紙媒体による交付等を受けることを承諾します。
対象書面
法人口座取引規程第5条(日米租税条約表明文書への対応)第1項にかかる英文は以下のとおりです。
We meet all provisions of the U.S.-Japan Tax Treaty that are necessary to claim a reduced rate of withholding, including any limitation on benefits provisions, and derives the income within the meaning of section 894 of Internal Revenue Code, and the regulations thereunder, as the beneficial owner.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have examined and agreed the above Treaty Statement and that the information and certifications contained therein remained the same and unchanged throughout opening of our account through the present, were true, correct and complete for those years. “We” means the customer of Matsui Securities Co., Ltd., including without limitation, the customer who opened an account at Matsui Securities Co., Ltd. before March of 2018.
